Cheryl Marsh serves as the GHHI Memphis-Shelby County Housing Navigator. Cheryl partners with the GHHI Memphis-Shelby County Housing Program Manager to connect low income families to programs and services they need to establish healthy, safe and energy-efficient homes. Using the GHHI integrated model approach, she assists families with meeting program eligibility requirements and coordinates housing assessment and housing services for clients to receive lead hazard reduction, healthy homes, weatherization and housing rehabilitation interventions.

Cheryl has spent more than a decade in the non-profit/affordable housing arena helping families obtain safe, decent and affordable homes, as well as helping domestic violence victims secure emergency shelter. She lived and worked in Chattanooga, Tennessee for twenty-five years before returning to her beloved hometown of Memphis. She takes great pride in being an advocate to get needed resources to children, families and seniors in poverty.

Cheryl earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
