Courtney Maclynn

Program Coordinator

Courtney serves as the Program Coordinator for the GHHI Lancaster, PA office. Courtney started her career as an educator for Baltimore City Public Schools. She witnessed firsthand the effects that lead and housing conditions have on students and families. Frustrated by her inability to directly address many of the barriers families face, paired with her continued passion for helping others brought her to GHHI as the Program Coordinator in Lancaster, PA where she helps implement the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health (LGH) Lead Free Families Project. She is passionate about serving families and helping them access the resources they need to live in safe, stable housing.

When not working, you can find Courtney outside playing sports, camping, and hiking with her dog and family. On lazy days Courtney enjoys finding new shows to watch on Netflix.
