Bianca Mendoza is the Intake Specialist at GHHI’s New Jersey Whole Home Pilot program. She brings significant experience and a strong background in housing and case management to her role. Throughout her career, Bianca has focused on supporting the homeless population and coordinating housing efforts, including working extensively with Section 8 programs. In her previous role as a Compliance Analyst for a private real estate investor specializing in HUD properties, Bianca was responsible for ensuring clients’ eligibility for Section 8 project-based voucher units through meticulous recertification processes. Her dedication and expertise have consistently contributed to the stability and well-being of the communities she serves.

Bianca holds a bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Studies from Montclair State University in New Jersey.
