Angela is a Family Case Manager Advocate. Angela is a dedicated Case Manager with 10+ years of experience delivering quality care and case management services to diverse client groups. Angela gained a majority of her experiences through education and working through different agencies such as; Service Coordination, Mosaic Community Services, and WIN Family services. She received a Masters Degree from Walden University College of Social & Behavioral Sciences: School of Social Work. Angela will be intrumental in collaborating with cross functional teams to meet the need of indviduals and families with respect to providing Safe and Healthy homes to families that have been affected by lead.
