Jessica Prudencio

Production Manager

Jessica Prudencio serves as a Sr. Energy Auditor and Environmental Assessor for Green & Healthy Homes Initiative in Baltimore, MD. Ms. Prudencio has over 10 years of experience in Maryland’s grant-funded energy efficiency programs. She was previously with the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development and a local nonprofit serving Baltimore City and County.

Ms. Prudencio holds advanced certifications from the Building Performance Institute, Certified Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector. In addition, she holds OSHA 30 and is an accredited Maryland Lead Abatement Supervisor.
