Ismael (Izzy) Rivera

Housing Intervention Specialist- Lancaster, PA

Ismael (Izzy) brings a wealth of housing experience to GHHI and will be instrumental in supporting and implementation of the Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health (LGH) Lead Free Families Project. He has 32 years’ of experience working with the Lancaster City Housing Authority (LCHA). While at LCHA, Izzy held several positions, including conducting housing and lead inspections and coordinating resident services. Izzy is an Ordained Minister and founder of New Life Apostolic Church in Reading, PA where he has developed and implemented outreach programs within the community. Izzy has passion for serving clients and helping families access the resources that they need to live in safe, stable housing.
