Isabel Shargo
Data & Evaluation Manager
Isabel Shargo is our Data and Evaluation Manager. She brings a passion for community to her role at GHHI. Prior she was a Quality Data Analyst for a non-profit organization specializing in comprehensive care coordination for individuals with complex medical needs. Her approach to work is defined by balance, applying a framework of equity and fairness to her evaluation projects.
Originally from the Baltimore area, Isabel has since made Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, her home. She is deeply motivated by her family, friends, and community. Her go-to quote for inspiration is “With the past, I have nothing to do; nor with the future. I live now.” by Ralph Waldo Emerson, reflecting her focus on the present moment.
Outside of work, Isabel can be found snowboarding, playing the violin, biking, making ceramics, and listening to her favorite song “Through Being Cool,” by Devo.
Isabel holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and a Master of Public Health, both from the University of Maryland, College Park.
