GHHI Submits EPA Public Comments on Regulatory Reform

As the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) considers which rules and regulations to maintain, weaken, or strengthen, GHHI has submitted three public comments on regulations that the EPA is considering altering. These regulations are: Lead in Water regulations, Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) regulations, and Lead Exposure Reduction rules. In these comments, GHHI urges the EPA to continue to base its regulations on the health of all Americans, and to ensure that regulations that are currently working are upheld. In addition, GHHI suggests ways in which the regulations could be strengthened, modernized, and improved. Please see below to download and read the comments.
