
Beth Bingham
Vice President of Communications
As the Vice President of Communications, Beth serves on the GHHI leadership team and leads the internal and external communications and marketing efforts for the organization. She has extensive multi-sector experience, including in the public, private, nonprofit, faith-based, and higher education sectors. Beth previously served as the VP of Communications at GHHI before leaving to pursue a graduate degree.
Over the course of her career Beth has chosen to work at the intersection of advocacy, strategy, and social change. Most recently, she served as the Vice President of Marketing Communications for Montage Marketing Group, a woman- and minority-owned agency in the DC metro area. Beth’s work focused on implementing integrated communications and marketing campaigns for clients such as the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Air Force, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency, among others.
Prior to her work at Montage and after obtaining an MDiv from Virginia Theological Seminary, Beth served as a priest in an Episcopal church in the Detroit area where her work focused on racial equity, LGBTQ+ inclusion, and community engagement. While attending seminary, she worked with incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals, and men and women experiencing co-occurring mental health and addiction disorders and housing insecurity.
Beth’s hails from Michigan and holds an undergraduate degree in Social Science from Michigan State University.
