Annie Summers serves as Director of Data, Evaluation and Learning for the Green & Healthy Homes Initiative. Annie oversees evaluation and data collection efforts for the GHHI Baltimore flagship programming, as well as for numerous external projects around the county. She believes that evaluation is both an art and science and leverages design thinking techniques, community partnership and evidence-based research to build comprehensive evaluation plans for healthy homes programming.

Annie received her MSW from Boston College where she specialized in program evaluation, policy, and older adults. Annie is dedicated to improving the lives of underserved and marginalized populations. In her previous work she oversaw evaluation and reporting for a Boston-based non-profit serving individuals experiencing homelessness.

Annie is passionate about creating data informed cultures where decision-making is based in both evidence and insight. She is currently based out of Maine where she enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with her husband, sons and two English Setters,
